Today’s experience with the staff was terrible as they were extremely rude. I initially brought my cat for examination over urinary issues and potentially needing a Cystotomy. The vet Dr.Chaim was patient and very understanding with me. I did have to go to another place to get this surgery done more economically but since they prescribed me food I continued here for that purpose. Today I sent in my brother to pick up some prescription food and they proceeded to laugh at him for it and printed my email to then drop on the floor. They then wrote down “or could have bought from us…” I called days earlier to ask them for this and was advised to order from Chewy, it didn’t have to be them but then when I tried doing that they gave me a completely different attitude. I’m just very upset and disappointed because my friend said they were extremely friendly to find out the staff wasn’t :/ If I knew it would be like this then I wouldn’t have initially brought her over. There are some staff that are super friendly but the ones from today just ruined the place for me. Hopefully in the future this changes and they become aware to not do this.

Reasonable prices and doctors and receptionist that seem to care for your animal. If you’re within the area or can drive to I would recommend.

Stamen hospital and staff have always been so supportive and helpful with my furbabies..Ive been with them for over 5 years with my dog and 3 cats.The doctors are very informative,educated and supportive.Tje staff is so helpful. I just recently lost my furbaby cat 15 1/2 years old,the sweetest cat ever. After having on him on medications for a year it was time to.let him go and Dr.Chiam was the greatest.So understanding and patient as one daughter was presently with me and my other daughter on video crying our eyes out as he talked us thru the process in putting our baby to sleep so he can finally be pain-free and in peace.Thank you Stamen doctors and staff for everything and his sympathy card! R.I.P. Mr.Wiggles.
